M-Around Educational Consulting Ltd. is a private company situated in South-Hungary. The company started its operation at the end of 2016; however, the members of the company have strong knowledge, background and many years’ experience in the field of education and training.
M-Around is engaged with supporting educational bodies to determine, prepare, finalise and execute their development strategies with the approach of competence-based learning. From pre-schools to upper secondary schools, the company has partners from different sectors and training areas. M-Around is also dedicated to supporting local communities to create an integrated and supportive social, cultural and business environment, to keep the values of rural areas, and be a motivating, inspiring and predictable place to live.
The company is the partner of the local municipality council and work together with farmers’ associations and different local companies.
Besides this activity, M-Around has a few international businesses and school partners and support them to find business opportunities in the region. Training for employees and efficiency analysis are the most common services that are represented by the company on behalf of Danish and Dutch providers.
M-Around is a new company, but as a learning organisation can use the company members’ previous experiences and network.
The director of the company, Ms Anikó Vári PhD has a Master degree in agricultural economics and rural development, and PhD in agricultural sciences specialised in the connection and cooperation of the agrarian VET system and the farm sector’s needs. She has ten years of teaching, six years of project management, seven years of international project experiences. She spent months in Germany, Ireland, and the UK and has been taking part in educational projects and study visits. She has an extensive international network and participated in different LdV and Erasmus+ projects as a Partner and as a project manager as well. She had built up a big E+ project for the Agricultural Vocational Centre of Central-Hungary from 2012, and her network had involved the school into several international project implementation. Anikó is the head of the project management activities and the organizational development processes of the company. Through local, national and international project implementation she has a strong background in the different human-related areas, like school education, vocational education, adult education, training and upscaling, HR development.
The responsible M-Around representative for local placement and student services is Mr Attila Vári. He has an M.Sc in agriculture and pedagogy, and a postgraduate degree in educational management. He is connected directly to a local VET school based on his previous practical education manager position. Attila has an excellent connection with the Chamber of Agriculture and Chamber of Industry and many companies in the area. He has strong organisational skills and profound knowledge about students’ needs in practical workplaces. Attila has been a licenced car driving instructor and leads this activity of the company.
Ms Zsuzsanna Kiss-Szabó represents the strong educational background with her 18 years long primary and secondary teaching experience. She is an MA teacher of history and English and specialised language and speech developer teacher. She participates in educational and training material development, school-based projects and in the international project management.
Ms Mónika Fetzer is an exclusive expert of educational methods and is part of M-Around in its organizational development and educational consultancy work processes. She has 30 years of teaching background and 15 years long educational management experience. She was the expert member of the team of the National Board of Education for ten years.
